Gerald Ganzger was born in Austria (1959) and conducted his legal studies in Austria at the Vienna University (Mag jur). After his court year, he worked as an associate from 1985-89. Since 1989, he has been a self-employed attorney-at-law in Vienna and at present is a partner at Lansky, Ganzger & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Vienna and Bratislava and deals with correspondence in German and English. His areas of practice include business law; competition law; internet and commercial law; civil law; damage and guarantee law; legal advice for insurance companies; media law; right of sale and intellectual property law.
